Our Carefree Warranty 5+ offers you therefore a carefree working of your PV installation during 20 years. Our service team will be on the spot within 48 hours if damage or failure occurs. SolarTotal will remedy the damage within 7 days. If SolarTotal is unable to remedy your damage or failure within 7 days, you will receive financial compensation for the missed production output for up to 12 months during the period that your system does not produce PV energy.
